Our Offering to the Market
Enterprise Infrastructure
Technology which is designed either at unit level or component level to support the infrastructural needs of modern technology use cases. Examples of which are Server and Storage in a data centre, a Server based device which stands on its own such as CCT video, or infrastructure that support leading edge use cases in AI, Online Gaming and media/broadcast.
Component Sales
A business class component such as Disk, Processor or Network card which presents either part of total solution with-in an OEM equipment manufacturer or industrial sectors or supply to resellers who in turn supply to some of the world’s largest data centre providers and hyperscalers looking to increase capacity or throughput by upgrading components on mass.
Security
A combination of hardware and software products which protect large multi-nationals and their infrastructure. Protecting end points such as servers and PC’s. access at the perimeter through firewalls and access control. Complimented by a portfolio of products which back-up and restore business systems to mitigate downtime in the event of a breach
Overview of role
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the Credit Controller will be primarily responsible for
- Contacting customers on a regular basis to enquire about due and overdue collections
- Perform Banking processes on a regular basis with payments then matched on Administration System
- Understanding and applying our Credit and Collections Policies, and mitigating risk to the business
- Release of Sales Orders within Credit policies
- New Account set up, in line with verification policy
- Performing credit reviews to identify risk
- Maintaining the integrity of customer accounts and responding to change
- Communication with Hammer Distribution customer base via all mediums
- Building strong relationships and ensure communication between departments is effective and consistent
- Maintaining Service Level Agreements with both external and internal customers
- Ensuring Accounts Receivable Department is adequately covered at all times. Any other duties deemed appropriate for the department
