Principal operating locations: Britain, Ireland, North America, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, UAE, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark. Global supply chain capability is further enhanced with offices in Poland, China and the USA.
Hammer Distribution
Hammer Distribution is one of five significant technology pillars which DCC focus, the other being Retail/Etail, Business, Mobile and Audio Visual. The Hammer Enterprise division places particular emphasis on taking some of the world’s leading brands in technology infrastructure, security and components sales and uses its technical and market expertise to create a comprehensive value-added sales channel for those vendors and our customers. Working with some worlds most recognised brands such as Dell, Fujitsu, Supermicro, Intel, Seagate, Western Digital.

Hammer Distribution has operating companies across Europe with its primary operating offices in the south east of the UK. This is complimented by a further 4 offices in Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and Belgium which are logistically supported by our new Brexit ready warehouse in Europe.
Hammer Distribution has its own lines of business that roll up into a top level trading entity and offers expertise in:
Enterprise Infrastructure
Technology which is designed either at unit level or component level to support the infrastructural needs of modern technology use cases. Examples of which are Server and Storage in a data centre, a server based device which stands on its own, such as CCTV video storage, or a replacement of software and disks in business facing file services
Component Sales
A business class component such as disk, processor or network card which presents either part of total solution in an equipment manufacturer. Examples of which are a server network card upgrading from megabits per second to gigabits, a manufacturer of CCTV system which need an SSD to store their images or a business looking to upgrade its server storage from HDD to SSD
Security
A combination of hardware and software products which protect large multi-nationals and their infrastructure through to local end points and uses of it, against malicious or unauthorised access and control attempts. Examples of which are Antivirus at a PC client, Infrastructure firewalls in high risk environments such as banks and securities or load balancing the network traffic in high throughput WAN’s/LAN’s.
Services
A set of technical services which serve to compliment all the above or provide additional piece of mind for the end case and customers. Examples of which are reconfiguration of hardware supplied, making it plug and play, site surveys and installation, maintenance and support in it’s live state.
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager for Hammer Distribution Nordics, you will have the overall responsibility for the Hammer Distribution sales team throughout the Nordics region, reporting directly to the General manager of the Nordics. You will have responsibility for a small sales team. You will also manage a small number of our key accounts, holding the main responsibility for the relationship and customer development. Our ultimate desire is to expand... Expand the vendor and product breadth for our existing sales colleagues, expand the number of colleagues to meet the market opportunity and expand our geographical penetration for our vendors. You will be responsible for contact and close co-operation with Hammer Distribution’s suppliers and partners, ensuring that our sales organisation meets both their, and our own, tactical and strategic programs
You will get a thorough education and ongoing support from our commercial and pre-sales specialist, for the Hammer Distribution products. We believe that understanding what we sell is one of our major distinguishing assets.
